Our salon has specific policies in place regarding booking and cancellation to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following guidelines:

Booking Policy: When making a reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit or advance payment to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made after 24 hours of the reservation. However, we do offer the option to change the reservation if the subsequent booking is made within 30 days of the original one. This way, you can still utilize your advance payment towards a future appointment.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to adjust the date of your booking. All requests for date changes are acceptable, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, please note that the availability of an alternative date will depend on our schedule and the availability of our makeup artists.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list. In the event of a cancellation made after 24 hours of the reservation, any advance money or deposit will not be refunded.

In the case of a date change, if there is availability on your desired new date, we can transfer 100% of your advance payment towards the revised appointment. This ensures that you can still make use of the funds you have already paid.

It is important to note that if the new date you request conflicts with another reservation, no refund will be allowed. We strive to honor all reservations and ensure that each client receives the attention and service they deserve.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with you in finding a suitable solution. However, please understand that our cancellation policy is in place to protect our salon and our makeup artists’ time and effort.
